Terms of service

uautsapp is a service that links a WhatsApp account you control to an AI assistant you use (Claude, through the Model Context Protocol), keeps a private copy of that account's conversations so they can be searched, and lets the assistant read them and, if you allow it, send messages on your behalf.

You need an email address you control. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for the clients you approve. If you think someone else has access, revoke the clients from the panel and write to us.

uautsapp connects to WhatsApp as a linked device through software that WhatsApp did not write or approve. WhatsApp's terms of service do not permit this kind of use for commercial purposes, and WhatsApp may restrict or ban an account for it. By linking a WhatsApp account you accept that risk. We reduce it by behaving like an ordinary linked device and by never sending in bulk, but we cannot eliminate it, and we are not responsible for what WhatsApp decides to do with your account.

You may only link an account you are entitled to use. Linking someone else's account without their permission is a breach of these terms, and probably of the law where you live.

Use uautsapp to send unsolicited messages, spam, or the same message to many people; to harass anyone; to collect other people's data without a lawful basis; to do anything illegal; or to try to get around the limits, the sign-in, or the isolation between workspaces. We may suspend a workspace that does any of this, and we will tell you why.

The trial lasts two days from the moment an assistant first connects to your workspace. After that, continuing requires a subscription at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel from the panel at any time; the period you paid for runs its course and is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

When a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends, we unlink the device and delete the workspace: the conversation cache, the media, and the keys.

We work to keep uautsapp running, but we do not promise it will be. WhatsApp can change its protocol without notice, and when it does the link may stop working until we adapt. We will tell you in the panel what we know. We may change or discontinue parts of the service; if we discontinue it entirely we will give reasonable notice and, where we can, a way to take your data with you.

To the extent the law allows, uautsapp is provided as is, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, for the loss of a WhatsApp account, or for what an assistant does with the tools you allowed it.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use uautsapp after that is accepting the new terms.
