Privacy

• Your account: the email address you sign in with, and the sign-in codes we send to it, for as long as they are valid.
• The WhatsApp session: the keys that make uautsapp a linked device of your account. Encrypted at rest with your workspace key.
• The conversation cache: the messages WhatsApp delivers to the linked device, and any history you import. One encrypted database per workspace.
• Media: a photo, document or voice note is fetched only when a tool asks for it, and is written to disk encrypted.
• The activity log: which client used which tool when, sends (recipient and a fingerprint of the text, not the text), sign-ins, approvals, and any support access to your workspace.
• Billing: handled by a payment processor; we keep what we need to issue invoices, and we never see full card numbers.
• Server logs: technical logs for keeping the service running. They never contain message content, and are redacted of tokens, codes and cookies.

To do what you signed up for: keep your conversations searchable and hand them to your assistant when it asks. We do not use your conversations for anything else — not to train models, not for advertising, not for analytics. This website sets no analytics cookies at all.

• You, through the panel.
• Your assistant, through the tools you allowed it, when it calls them. What a tool returns goes to Claude and is handled by Anthropic under the terms of your Claude account.
• uautsapp support, only when needed, only for a limited time, only with a second factor, and always visible in your activity log.
• Our providers: the hosting company that runs the servers, the email provider that delivers sign-in codes, and the payment processor. Each sees only what its job requires.

For as long as your workspace exists. A message deleted on the phone is deleted from the cache. Conversations you exclude are purged. When you delete the workspace, or when a trial or subscription ends, the database, the media and the keys are deleted.

You can see everything we hold from the panel, exclude conversations, revoke clients, unlink the phone, and delete the workspace, all without asking us. If the law where you live gives you further rights — access, correction, portability, objection — write to [email protected] and we will honour them.

The panel sets one cookie: your session. This website sets none. Your theme and language preference, if you change them here, are kept in your own browser and never sent to us.
